CosmoMagazine – Buttonscarves presented the B/ACTIVE Collection at the 20th Fashion Nation on 26 September 2026 at the Main Atrium of Senayan City. The runway presentation marked the introduction of the brand’s most complete activewear collection this year, bringing performance-led functionality together with a strong fashion perspective.
Buttonscarves’ participation also coincided with a significant milestone for Senayan City, as Fashion Nation returned for its 20th edition alongside the shopping destination’s 20th anniversary. Presented under the theme “The Icon Edit,” the programme reflected two decades of style, identity, and influence. Against this milestone, B/ACTIVE marked the beginning of a new category journey for Buttonscarves, with more surprises set to unfold ahead of the collection’s release.
Created for increasingly varied and dynamic lifestyles, the latest B/ACTIVE collection offered a wider range of pieces that could transition across different sports and activities. Rather than approaching activewear as a wardrobe designed for a single purpose, Buttonscarves presented a versatile collection that could adapt to the way people move throughout their day.
The collection placed comfort and practicality at its core while giving activewear a more distinctive visual identity. Contemporary silhouettes and the recognizable design character of Buttonscarves brought a fashion-focused approach to pieces created for movement, allowing function and personal style to exist within the same wardrobe.
Through B/ACTIVE, Buttonscarves also responded to the growing role of activewear in everyday dressing. As fitness and movement become more closely connected to daily routines, the collection offers flexibility beyond a particular workout or setting, supporting different activities while maintaining a strong sense of style.
This direction also reflects the evolving lifestyle within the Buttonscarves community, whose members come from diverse backgrounds and embrace active lifestyles in different ways. Through BSLady, the community has grown beyond a shared interest in fashion, bringing its members together through social gatherings, sports, and other lifestyle activities. B/ACTIVE reflects this connection through versatile pieces designed for different forms of movement while retaining the aesthetic closely associated with Buttonscarves.
“Activewear today needs to respond to more than one type of movement. People may have different sports, routines, and levels of activity, but they still want clothing that feels comfortable, functional, and true to their personal style,” said Mifthahul Jannah, Creative Director of Buttonscarves. “B/ACTIVE reflects where Buttonscarves is heading as we continue to explore categories that respond to more aspects of our customers’ lives. What we presented at Fashion Nation is only the first look at this new direction. We are still keeping much of the collection under wraps, with more pieces, ideas, and surprises to be revealed as we move closer to its official launch.”
The 20th Fashion Nation runway offered an initial look at B/ACTIVE ahead of its official launch. While the showcase introduced the collection’s broader direction, further product reveals, campaign stories, and launch activities remain to be announced, inviting audiences to follow the next chapter of B/ACTIVE in the weeks ahead.
